In December 2006, the Sugarbush Resort completed their $40 million, Phase I revitalization. Their new base village is spectacular, and is anchored by a new and beautiful 61 unit hotel/condominium called Clay Brook Residences.

Building upon that momentum, the Resort plans to commence Phase II expansion with ground breaking projected for second quarter 2008. EB5 Sugarbush Fund is partnering with Sugarbush Resort to finance this $20 million Phase II development.

Clay Brook Lodge (Phase I Project –Opened December 2006)
Relaxed yet refined, the 61 separate units of rental residences in Clay Brook Lodge range from studios to five-bedroom suites and deliver a level of service, luxury, and convenience that sets them apart. A four story building with approximately 133,000 SF, each unit is furnished in rich detail, and completely appointed with hardwood furniture, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters.

Timbers Restaurant (Phase I Project – Opened December 2006)

Opened December 2006, Timbers, the all-new restaurant at Clay Brook at Sugarbush provides upscale dining options year round. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the 6,000 square foot restaurant is open to the public and available as a venue for weddings and other special events.

Gate House Lodge (Phase I Project – Opened January 2007) 

With 23,000 square feet of new spacious and social environment, brand new Gate House Lodge guests can relax with friends and family without feeling cramped or stressed. The new Castlerock Pub serves breakfast, lunch and après-ski fare, plus live music and tons of sporting events on multiple high definition TVs. It also features an outdoor heated patio that seats 100 people.
