Building upon that momentum, the Resort plans to commence Phase II expansion with ground breaking projected for second quarter 2008. EB5 Sugarbush Fund is partnering with Sugarbush Resort to finance this $20 million Phase II development.
While investment opportunities in Phase I is now closed, we recommend you take a quick tour of the Resort’s 2006 expansion. It offers a great perspective on the EB5 Sugarbush Fund’s investment opportunities for Phase II development.
